Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://member.salti.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Salti member zone (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Payments, cancellations, and cooling off

Purchases for a Paid Membership is made directly from Salti Member Zone.

Salti Member Zone may change the price for the Paid Memberships, including recurring Membership fees, from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next Membership period following the date of the price change. You accept the new price by continuing to use the Salti Member Zone Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your access to the Member portal before the price change going into effect.

If you register for a Paid Membership, you may change your mind for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within five (5) days starting from the day you sign-up for the relevant service (the “Cooling-off Period”).

If you sign up with a coupon, you agree that the Cooling-off Period for the Paid Membership for which you are receiving a Trial ends five (5) days after you start the membership. If you don’t cancel the Paid Membership before the date of the coupon ends, you lose your right of withdrawal and authorise Salti to automatically charge you the agreed price each month until you cancel the Paid Membership.

If you purchase a Paid Membership with no coupon, you authorise Salti to charge you automatically each month until you cancel. You agree that the Cooling-off Period is available for five (5) days after your purchase but is lost once you use the Salti Member Zone Service during that period.

Renewal; Cancellation

Your Paid Membership will automatically renew at the end of the applicable Membership period, unless you cancel your Paid Membership before the end of the then-current Membership period in your account inside the portal, or by emailing hello@salti.com.au. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current Membership period and you will no longer be able to access the Member Portal. If you purchased your Paid Membership through Salti Member Zone and you cancel your payment or Paid Membership and/or terminate any of the Agreements (1) after the Cooling-off Period is over (where applicable), or (2) before the end of the current Membership period, we will not refund any Membership fees already paid to us. If you wish to receive a full refund of all monies paid to Salti Member Zone before the Cooling-off Period is over, you must contact Customer Support at hello@salti.com.au. When we process any refund, we will refund amounts using the method you used for payment.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Salti member zone and its licensors and can only be used as indicated on this site.

Enjoying the Salti Member Zone

The Salti Member Zone Service and the Content are the property of Salti Australia. We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Salti Member Zone Service, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Content (collectively, “Access”) for use to promote and develop your Salti group fitness classes.

Salti Australia respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. We’ve established a few ground rules for you to follow when using the Service, to make sure the Salti Member Zone stays enjoyable for everyone. You must follow these rules and should encourage other users to do the same. The following is not permitted for any reason whatsoever:

Copying, redistributing, reproducing, transferring or making available to the public any part of the Salti Member Zone Service or the Content, or otherwise making any use of the Salti Member Zone Service or the Content which is not expressly permitted.

Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained on the Content or the Service or provided through the Service.

“crawling” the Salti Member Zone Service or otherwise using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders) to view, access, or collect information from Salti.

selling a user account, or otherwise accepting or offering to accept any compensation, financial or otherwise.

Please respect the Salti Member Zone, the owners of the Content, and other users of the Salti Member Zone Service. Don’t engage in any activity, post any User Content, or register and/or use a username, which is or includes material that:

is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or obscene;

is illegal, or intended to promote or commit an illegal act of any kind, including violations of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights of Salti Member Zone or a third party;

includes your password or purposely includes any other user’s password or purposely includes personal data of third parties or is intended to solicit such personal data;

includes malicious content such as malware, Trojan horses, or viruses, or otherwise interferes with any user’s access to the Service;

is intended to or does harass or bully other users;

impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with another user, person, or entity, or is otherwise fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading;

involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailings or other forms of spam (“spam”), junk mail, chain letters, or similar;

involves commercial or sales activities, such as advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes, that are not expressly authorised by Salti Member Zone;

links to, references, or otherwise promotes commercial products or services, except as expressly authorised by Salti Member Zone;

Please be thoughtful about how you use the Salti Member Zone Service and what you share. The Salti Member Zone Service includes social and interactive features, including the ability to post User Content, share content, and make certain information about you public. Remember that shared or publicly available information may be used and re-shared by other users on Salti Member Zone or across the web, so please use Salti Member Zone carefully. Salti has no responsibility for your choices to post material on the Service.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Salti member zone.

Salti member zone has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Salti member zone shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
